This is another effective way to whiten your teeth, although you will play more of a role in completing it. Custom trays for the upper and lower teeth are made in which you place the professional strength gel daily for about an hour.

This entire process will take several weeks to complete. Occasional touch-up can be expected for either method of whitening.
