Dr. Patricia McConnell moved to Wisconsin after graduating from the University of Iowa College of Dentistry. She opened her own practice, Artistic Smiles Dentistry, S.C., in 2003. Dr. McConnell has three grown children and is happily empty-nesting with her husband, Dr. Montgomery (Monk) Elmer. She enjoys volunteering at the Tri-County Dental Clinic, attending continuing education, cooking, and travel.

Dental anxiety is eased by our friendly and gentle care including comfort measures of headphones, blankets, nitrous oxide (laughing gas) and one-on-one attention from our caring team.
We enjoy delivering family dental care in Appleton and the surrounding area. We excel in using our CEREC machine to deliver same-day crowns and scanning for clear retainer teeth straightening called Clear Correct. With this process, there are NO impressions. We also offer implant restoration, white fillings, partials and dentures, pediatric care, and whitening options, to name a few. We welcome you to join our family!
